All devices are covered by our 12-month swoopycare warranty and you have access to our 6 Day Customer Service Support team.

Are all the smartphones sold on Swoopymobile unlocked?

Yes, all smartphones sold on Swoopymobile  can be used with a sim from any telco service provider globally.

How do you grade products?

Once the device pass the Quality Control process, each handset is reviewed to confirm the Swoopymobile product grade. Check out the Product Conditions tab for more information. 

Are the products clean?

Swoopymobile products are handled in a certified clean room factory or clean repair studio. All phones are carefully disinfected before shipment.
