Product Grade

All Swoopy devices are tested and 100% fully functional to a high standard. We grade products according to the aesthetic appearance of the product:

A+ As New No visible marks and scratches on the body of device. No scratches on the smartphone screen, the screen looks brand new.   

A Excellent Very gentle scratches on the body of the device.  Near- mint condition. No scratches on the smartphone screen, the screen looks brand new.  

B Very Good Light scratches on the body of the device. No scratches on the smartphone screen, the screen looks brand new.  

C Pretty Good Visible scratches on the body of the device. The smartphone screen may have light scratches visible when the device is switched off, the scratches are invisible to the eye when the device is switched on.

CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) Apple Certified Refurbished product completes a rigorous refurbishment process that includes full testing that meets the same functional standards as new Apple products. Your refurbished device is truly “like new,” with special savings and 1 year apple warranty.

  

What condition will my Battery life be?   

There are no compromises with battery life in our opinion, all batteries are tested to ensure they perform over 85% of the original capacity and if they don’t we  replace with one that does battery.
